PET FRIENDLY: Well-behaved pets are welcome with approval and a $75 pet fee per pet (max 2, <25 lbs each).

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Strictly enforced to ensure a smooth transition.

NO RVs, CAMPERS, OR TENTS: Boat parking welcome with additional designated parking available.

MINIMUM AGE: Renter must be 25 years or older.

FIREWORKS PROHIBITED: Immediate eviction for violations due to forest fire concerns.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Additional rules outlined in the legally binding Rental Agreement.

BE COURTEOUS: Respect neighbors, keep noise levels low.

SECURITY CAMERAS on premise outside for safety and security. No cameras in private areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & GOV ID submission required within 24 hours of booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: $250 hold applies 2 days prior to check in and released within 1-3 days of departure.

However, please note that guests may need to bring additional supplies as per their preference.
